How you do one thing is how you do all things.
I’ve been hearing that for years, maybe you too?
I didn’t get it for a long time but my system is really starting to get it.
The more I choose to consciously and cognitively step into being an empowered and engaged participant in life, the more I understand why it’s so hard to do this. It’s hard to engage with life because of how disempowering our culture is… and how disempowered it makes us, as a result. I’ve been disempowered throughout my entire life… how could I have not?
My whole life I have been held back from myself, I have held back from being mySelf. As I shared with a client earlier today, that still comes. I still, at times, dull down my enthusiasm, don’t fully step into Joy, repress my Knowing.
I notice, I learn, and a take another step into mySelf.
Preparing for this Exploration has brought me more into my mind, body and spirit than ever before. Every step necessary to run an Embodied 10-month Exploration has required my full participation- to know what I’m committed to, to be engaged with my purpose, and to be in integrity with regards to all that i’m doing. Phew.
Most of the Exploration participants know me well. They have experienced first-hand the profundity of Matrix Integration. They trust this modality, and they trust me. But some of you don’t’ know me. I continue to share myself as opening and honestly as I can through my blog posts and these newsletters. You will find these posts below.
I hope being more intimate with you will give you permission to be more intimate with Life, and let you know that you are not alone on this journey.
As we make our way through current times, this the perfect time for an Exploration which centers upon learning about why we often feel disempowered in our life, unable to commit to things, feeling dull and disconnected, and/or immobilized, and how we might shift that by utilizing a connective transformative wisdom that lies waiting for our remembrance.
